We collect only the business information you submit through our quotation form, email, WhatsApp, phone, or uploaded RFQ files. This may include company name, contact name, email address, country or region, phone number, part numbers, quantities, vehicle fitments, destination port, packaging request, and attachments you choose to send.

We use submitted information to match bearing references, prepare quotations, confirm lead time and shipping options, follow up on RFQs, and maintain quotation history for repeat B2B orders. We do not sell or rent buyer contact details.

Form submissions may be processed by Formspree and routine website traffic may be measured by privacy-conscious analytics tools. Email, hosting, logistics, and inspection partners may process limited information only when needed to support a quotation, shipment, or buyer-requested service.

RFQ records are kept for quotation continuity, repeat order support, and commercial recordkeeping. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted contact information by emailing sales@chkzbearing.com. Some transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, customs, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted RFQ data. Do not send payment card details through the quotation form. Bank information is provided only through confirmed proforma invoice communication.
