This website supports CHKZ Bearings B2B quotation activity from Linqing, Shandong, China. The contracting legal entity, invoice issuer, and beneficiary account are confirmed in the written quotation or proforma invoice before payment. Privacy questions and buyer-rights requests can be sent to sales@chkzbearing.com.

We collect the business information you submit through our quotation form, email, WhatsApp, phone, or uploaded RFQ files. This may include company name, contact name, email address, country or region, phone number, part numbers, quantities, vehicle fitments, destination port, packaging request, and attachments you choose to send. The quotation form also records limited source-attribution context: first landing page, referring site origin or internal path, and UTM campaign parameters. It does not use this attribution record to collect payment-card details or create a browser fingerprint.

We use submitted information to match bearing references, prepare quotations, confirm lead time and shipping options, follow up on RFQs, and maintain quotation history for repeat B2B orders. Source-attribution context is used to understand which buyer-acquisition channels are useful. We do not sell or rent buyer contact details.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and browser local or session storage for the RFQ list, draft form data, and limited source attribution. Email, hosting, logistics, and buyer-appointed inspection partners may process limited information only when needed to support a quotation, shipment, or requested service.

Because CHKZ supports international B2B inquiries, submitted information may be processed in China and in other jurisdictions where website, email, logistics, or inspection providers operate. Only information reasonably required for the requested service should be shared.

RFQ records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for quotation continuity, repeat order support, commercial recordkeeping, dispute handling, and legal obligations, and are reviewed periodically. You may request access, correction, or deletion of submitted contact information by emailing sales@chkzbearing.com. Some transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, customs, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted RFQ data. Do not send payment card details through the quotation form. Bank information is provided only through confirmed proforma invoice communication.
