OEM-Grade Quality Process
Every CHKZ wheel bearing follows documented quality procedures, batch inspection checks, and export packing controls. Quality documentation and inspection records are available on request.
Quality Pillars
Material
GCr15 vacuum-degassed bearing steel
Through-hardened to HRC 60–65. GCr15SiMn for heavy-duty truck applications. All steel sourced from certified domestic mills with mill-test certificates available on request.
Precision
P0/P6 standard, P5 on request
Inner and outer rings precision-ground to ABEC tolerance equivalents. Radial play measured on every unit to ±0.005 mm. Bore and OD diameters held within ISO 492 P0/P6.
Sealing
2RS double rubber seal standard
NBR or fluororubber (FKM) seals available for high-temp / chemical-resistance environments. Pre-greased with high-temperature lithium complex grease (-40°C to +160°C).
Testing
100% dimensional + ISO 15242 noise
Every batch passes 100% dimensional inspection, radial play check, and ISO 15242 noise screening. Performance data is confirmed by model and application.

Warranty
Warranty and replacement terms are confirmed during quotation based on order quantity, destination, and application.
Verified defects covered: bearing seizure under normal load, premature spalling within rated life, race cracking, contamination ingress through factory-installed seals.
Excluded: improper installation (hammer-driven, missing torque, contaminated grease), curb / pothole impact damage, corrosion from prolonged storage in humid environments, damage from operating beyond rated speed or temperature.
Audit-Ready Operations
Batch inspection records, packing photos, loading photos, and inspection samples can be prepared for confirmed orders when requested. Factory visits and third-party inspections can be arranged with advance notice.
