Incoterms We Support

FOB Qingdao / Tianjin

Most common option for experienced distributors. We deliver loaded onto vessel; you arrange freight through your forwarder. Lowest unit cost. Best for buyers shipping ≥ 5 containers per year.

CIF destination port

We pay sea freight + marine cargo insurance to your port. You handle import customs, duties, and inland trucking. Best for first-time importers without established forwarder relationships.

DDP delivered duty paid

Destination-based DDP may be quoted after reviewing the delivery address, importer requirements, product classification, duties, taxes, and route availability. Eligibility and total landed cost are order-specific.

HS Codes for Bearings

Many bearing products fall within HS heading 8482, but the final code, duty, tax, licensing, and importer obligations depend on product construction and destination. Confirm classification with your customs broker before ordering:

8482.10 — Ball bearings (deep groove, angular contact, self-aligning, thrust)
8482.20 — Tapered roller bearings (cup+cone trailer / truck axles)
8482.30 — Spherical roller bearings (heavy industrial)
8482.40 — Needle roller bearings
8482.50 — Cylindrical roller (NUP / NU)
8482.80 — Other ball / roller bearings and wheel-end bearing units

Documentation We Provide

The document set depends on the Incoterm, carrier, destination, product, and buyer requirements. A typical quotation can identify:

Commercial Invoice with HS code, currency, and Incoterm declared
Packing List with carton dimensions, gross/net weight, and SKU breakdown
Certificate of Origin or preferential form when applicable and confirmed before order
Bill of Lading (sea) or Air Waybill (air freight)
Model- or order-specific quality documents named in the quotation
Loading photos or video when requested and agreed

Marine Insurance

Insurance responsibility and coverage depend on the Incoterm and agreed transport arrangement. Ask for the insurer, insured value, covered risks, exclusions, deductible, claim documents, and cost before accepting a freight option.
